Description:

The most popular version of Spider Solitaire originated in Windows 98. The objective of the game is to arrange all the cards in order from King to Ace. To succeed, all cards must be removed from the table by forming columns in a descending sequence, starting with the King and ending with the Ace. In the intermediate (2-suits) and advanced (4-suits) levels, the cards must match their respective suits. Once you have successfully built a column in sequential order, it will automatically be removed from the table. If you reach a point where you have no more moves, simply click on the deck at the bottom of the table to deal a new row of cards.
Our rendition of this classic game aims to provide a faithful recreation within a compact download package. It includes various suit versions, hints, and an undo feature located at the top right corner of the title bar. Furthermore, we have introduced some subtle enhancements to facilitate gameplay on mobile devices with limited screen space. Notably, players can now drag and drop entire columns without having to select individual cards - only suitable cards will move, while the rest automatically revert to their original positions. The scoring system has also been modified to count only the number of moves made, with lower scores indicating better performance.
